What is HorseFil?
HorseFil is a once-daily men's gummy, thirty per bottle, marketed for energy, vitality and physical performance. It names six ingredients — L-Citrulline, L-Carnitine, Panax Ginseng Extract, Maca Root Extract, Rhodiola Extract and Grape Seed Extract — with no milligram amounts published for any of them.
The format
HorseFil is a gummy — a chewable, once-daily men's vitality gummy, thirty to a bottle. It is not a capsule, not a tablet and not a liquid drop. If you're offered a "HorseFil capsule," it is not this product.
The six ingredients, honestly
- L-Citrulline — the best-understood mechanism in the bottle, converted to arginine in the kidneys to raise nitric oxide. Exercise studies use gram-scale doses; no amount is published here.
- L-Carnitine — shuttles fatty acids into mitochondria for energy. Results are modest and slow, moving over weeks, not days.
- Panax Ginseng Extract — the most-researched botanical here, and the one carrying documented interactions with anticoagulants and blood glucose.
- Maca Root Extract — small trials point at self-reported desire and energy, not hormone levels. Maca does not appear to move testosterone.
- Rhodiola Extract — the most plausible fatigue evidence among the botanicals, though it can feel activating for some.
- Grape Seed Extract — proanthocyanidin-rich, studied for vascular endpoints. The maintenance end of the label.
An honest note on what it doesn't claim
Nothing published supports HorseFil raising testosterone or treating erectile dysfunction. No trial has tested the HorseFil formula itself, and the ingredient research points at circulation, energy metabolism and stress adaptation rather than hormone levels. It is marketed for energy, stamina and vitality support — not as a hormone treatment.
The transparency gap
No milligram amounts are published on the official sales page for any of the six ingredients. That's a real limitation for judging both potency and tolerability. We will not print a dose we cannot verify — the Supplement Facts panel on the bottle you receive is the only place to read the real numbers.
How you take it
One gummy a day with water. The manufacturer suggests running it for at least 30 to 90 days.
Who it is for — and not for
It's sold for adult men wanting daily support for energy, stamina and physical performance. It is not for anyone under 18, or during pregnancy or nursing. Anyone on anticoagulants, diabetes medication or blood pressure drugs should talk to their doctor first — more on the safety guide.
